Setup boxes on template.

I am looking for a template coder that can setup some boxes on my template in correct size, and position on template. This is what I need: 1: Chat box (You provide code for box, and where to place it in the template, I will provide chat code) 2: Setup 1 box for facebook 3: setup 1 box for twitter along with facebook/twitter images. Please comment what you do in the event I would like to setup more boxes.... please request demos. I am not familar with templates; Winning bidder will get access to templates directory via FTP; It will be up to coder to figure out which template to edit. Please do not bid more then $10 - If you are a template coder, then this will be very easy work; and 10 rating....
