ARDUINO ATMEGA 328 CUSTOM BOARD DESIGN

I need a custom board design USING ATMEGA 328, it needs to have xbee on board so the board can get programmed wirelessly, also an EEPROM at 24LC512. The pins needed to be broken out are D2-D13 and the required , I need tohave as little parts on the board as possible using 1206 Sized parts, so no extra caps and resistors for no reason, it needs to be a REALLY REALLY BARE BOARD
