HDMI (TFP401A) to LVDS board design 2

PCB information: PCB dimensions 140mm x 60mm. Mounting holes at 132mm and 52mm. Mounting holes = 4.0mm diameter. HDMI Type A video input connector USB Female Type B connector for TouchPanel output to PC DC Power Jack (Molex 0039301020) 40-pin Molex 54104-4031 connector for LVDS video output 4-pin Molex 52271-0479 connector for TouchPanel input PCB functions should be: 1) 5V input on DC power jack 2) Receive HDMI video input from Windows PC into TFP401A HDMI Receiver IC. 3) TFP401A HDMI Receiver connects to LVDS83B LVDS output. 4) LVDS83B outputs to 40-pin TFT connector to NHD-10.1-1024600EF-LTXV. 5) TFT LED backlight (LED_EN pin) controlled by TFP401A pin 8 (sync detect); backlight ON when SCDT = 1. 6) 4-pin touchpanel input needs to go from 3.3V to 5.0V, then to USB connector to computer.
