Investigate PCB and chip then connect to Arduino and test

Seeking a person to investigate a mouse PCB and LED Package chip and find the pins out to connect to an arduino serial and test the data and output. To the successful freelancer well will provide the details of the mouse model we require. No PCB drawing. We will supply the data sheet of the LED package. You will need to buy the mouse $15 we will provide the brand and model. This project is a matter of looking at the chip data sheet and testing the pin and Pcb tracks to find the right connection, then connecting the arduino and writing a report with layout, pictures and video.
