MPPT Charge Controller Hardware and Firmware developer need

I am looking for a hardware and firmware developer to work on a project involving an MPPT charge controller. The project requirements and ideal skills and experience are as follows: Input Voltage Range: - The desired input voltage range for the MPPT charge controller is 400V DC Solar input. Output Voltage Range: - The desired output voltage range for the MPPT charge controller is 48V. Battery Type: - The MPPT charge controller will be charging a Lithium battery and Lead acid battery Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in hardware and firmware development for MPPT charge controllers of 5kW capacity. - Proficiency in working with 400V DC Solar input and 48V output voltage ranges. - Expertise in designing and implementing charging algorithms for Lithium batteries. - Knowledge of the specific requirements and considerations for charging Lithium batteries. - Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices for MPPT charge controller development. If you have the proper team with necessary skills and experience in developing hardware and firmware for MPPT charge controllers, and are familiar with working with 400V DC Solar input, 48V output voltage, and charging Lithium batteries, please submit your proposal for this project. The freelancer party needs to deliver all the design source files including schematic design, pcb design, bom list in Altium software only and firmware development source code then only payment can be made. The heatsink design, enclosure design also under this scope. Suitable LCD display as well as RS485 Communication protocol also needs to be established. This system should suitable to work in hybrid mode of charging to integrate with a 230v AC to 48V DC SMPS power supply unit to deliver uninterrupted power supply to its load through Battery backup unit.
