Hi, first thing if you can send me the schematic then I can figure out for you what is wrong in there. Few possibilities are: 1) Problem with voltage sensing circuits which burns the sensing circuit above 50V 2) The SMPS may have some fault, some component is underrated, the transformer turn ratio is not correct, etc. 3) Isolation problem with voltage and current. Actually, I can simulate it for you on ORCAD, Altium or Proteus depending on the complexity if you send me the drawing.
