330704 Need 1 Page Website Template

We need a one-page "template" or "website" edited similar to this site here: **[login to view URL]** We will provide you 3 pictures to put in just like this site. We are looking for template similar to this size and layout but not cloned like this site. We will also provide you with the one-page text, around 250 words, to put into the one page site. We need 4-5 buttons included on the menu that say's home, contact, about us, and benefits. This must be a website template made from scratch or one that is really modified but not copyrighted and free to use without any outgoing links. Also, we will provide you with all the meta-tag descriptions and the 3 pictures. We want the same style of picture frames of this sites 3 pics. Or similar to the three crooked pictures on the site. We must have access to change out the pictures if necessary. This one-page website must be done in a program that works with Dreamweaver or Photoshop, in case we have to edit the site later.. If you have a similar template that you own or have rights to that is not copyrighted please show me in PMB. And then explain what you can do this to make it [login to view URL] you can show me that you have cool templates that would work with this and give me the similar feel to the site please show me. We might just use those instead and then I would have you edit them for us. The theme of this site that you will be making is about alumawood patio covers just to let you know.
