Program I want the name called (PROFILE) 1-PRINT OPTIONS • If I Hit print all it should print 2- copies of witness statement 2 copies of suspects or accused profile 2 copies of word document 2 copies of ban form .one copy of acclaim form of each • I should be able to view the prints or documents and able to edit them and chose which file or document to print and how many prints • On install should ask company logo that will be printed with some of the documents 2-SEARCH OPTIONS Sreach should be more advanced and easy • search for name should give (clues) or (suggestions) for example if im searching for (Mark) and if there is Marc with ending C letter same way as google search does • search by date • search by description • search by scares or tattoos • search by sex • search by area or address or store address • search by photo • search by LPO or loss prevention officer • search by file number • search by race • ORC (Organized Retail Crime ) this database should be separate from regular thefts • Vehicle mark or plate number 3-LPO section • When installing program it should ask the name of lpo that will be associate with all reports and that name should be used as default name on all documents as witness and co-op policing member • And there should be option for supervisor he or she collects all data from these users and adds them to his program through import export and shows each LPO`s stat 4-Statistics • Should show each LPO`s stat • By product name or description • Value • Store number • Date • Accused stat total value over the year • What kind of product is being targeted most 5-password • Every time when they run the software it should ask for password • Password should have reminder hint Supervisor should have master password that is different from user or LPO password in case LPO left/got fired or died so they can enter program by master password 6-encryption • All export documents should be encrypted only people with the program or software can read the files • This will be used when they email a document also Because of Canadian law asks us(privacy policy) 7- how program works • Should have option to add store number like 346 store located at 1234 st 114 ave city province And when we are writing report and when we chose store number 346 it should automatically paste it to the address section with the phone number of the store in phone number section • We open the program click on add new report or incident • Select from drop down what kind of incident it is ie: like the criminal code of Canada for shop lifting is shoplifting 334 (B) these codes we should be able to add them from same option as we add address of store and these codes and addresses should be added only once and use it over and over again from drop downs • Select a store number from drop down which will paste the address of store and phone number of that store • Add date or chose from drop down local date as computer clock shows • Chose how many suspects there are or accused • 1st suspects age starts Year/month/date • Sex • Surname/family name or last name should be always in Capital both the accused and the LPO`s • First name and middle name • Home phone number this is accused still it no home phone then N/A • Work phone same as above if none N/A • Charter of Rights read by (this section automatically should paste the LPO`s Last name is Capital letters and same time if it is someone else then the LPO should be given the option to add that persons Last name • Time of Charter • Height • Weight • Eye color • Hair color • Hair length • Marks/scars/tattoos • Race if you see the paper that I've scanned and send you SECURITY OCCURRENCE REPORT SUBJECTS shows you all look for number 2 on right side Reporter work phone is same as store phone or where ever incident happened name of Reporter is name of LPO starts with Family name and in Capital letters address is C/O store name look at buttom of page Co-operative Policing Investigator name should be LPO`s name again starts with Family name with capital letter then 1st name and middle name date of incident Under it there is Approving Police Investigator can be left blank or add the name of the police officer 8- how to write the statements If you see you have a paper called witness statement report Always witness is LPO`s name and date of birth these again should be added once and used always as reference always always Later I will send you a form so you know how the forms are written I want it to paste all these info from there instead of typing it always over 8 pages Same as ban form it should copy all the info from there (database)
