564415 Penny Auctions Site Project

I want a penny auction site identical to format that I have laid out in the spec document. If you cannot do it, then do not bother to bid on this. My budget is ONLY $250. Do not bother to bid if you want more. My Penny Auction site will be named [login to view URL] The design and logo I will use my own designer for the project if you can handle the functionality and not design. You will be responsible for installing and ensuring everything works. The entire $250 amount will be paid when the website is installed on my server and I test it and ensure it works properly. Once completed, I will pay for monthly support if I am satisfied with your work. The support payments I am willing to pay up to $1,200/month for support in an ongoing relationship that we set up using scriptlance. Remember, if you cannot do a website as I have specified, DO NOT bid for this job.
