Make a basic website (WP, HTML5, PHP)

I would like to have a website. Basic website design, preferably WP for ease of management. One landing page with modern look, picture of staff in background in front of the workplace. Several informational pages, pictures need to be easily inserted. A contact page for basic information and a request page for transportation needs to be present. The request page needs to have selectable options so the mail sent to the staff is clear on what is being requested.
