I have a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, I work full time in the fitness industry and have experience with athletes, non-athletes, SCI, stroke, seniors, ataxia, and many more populations. I think the key to heath and fitness is creating a plan that is sustainable by modifying key behaviors in your life rather than trying to adopt a whole new way of life overnight. I plan to have you fill out a 3 day nutrition log to see what you normally eat. I will then analyze your diet and make slight adjustments that will turn into large improvements in the long term. I also believe an exercise program has to be fun. I will give you a questionnaire to find out what activities you enjoy and create a customized program based on your interests. Further, I will communicate after your program, as I do with many of my clients, to help your comply with your program, answer questions, and motivate you.
