133992 Website Design

I am needing website design with simplicity at first. What I mean is to start the site and continue to add features until the site is functional to meet the goals of the business and mission statement. This is my first major business venture. The site will require a large database and be customized. It will be similar to E-Bay functionality and style. I will also need help in the least costing web advertising. Once the revenue grows, then the advertising dollar will grow in addition to the investment dollars in the website. This site will serve a specific target market that is very large.
