Urgent: Image Scalling

We are looking for a freelancer, who has around 8+ year experiance. We have a specific task that need to to achieved. -"Images Scalling." Right now, what we developed has issues with the quality of the image when we uploaded. We are expecting to show as seen in all websites (facebook, twitter..etc) Problem: Scaling of original image into different resolutions with actual image quality Use Case 1: Scale a image with specific width and height by maintaining original image clarity Use Case 2: Scale a original image by decreasing height or width with actaul quality Use Case 3: Scale original image by increasing height or width with maintaining original picture clarity Use Case 4: Scale a image by fixing height, and width will be different and it has to maintain actual image clarity Use Case 5: Scale a image by fixing width, and height will be different and it has to maintain image actual clarity Its an urgent request and looking for on demand person.
