171481 Javascript Login Screen

I need to have a login screen that can flip from English to Spanish, French, German or Chinese. The original login screen is here: [login to view URL] I want something off to the right side that says "Select a language" and then has buttons with each of the languagages written in their language...so for German it would be Deutsch. I want each of the languages to be visable at all times. I want English to also be an option. When the user chooses a language, all of the elements with english text should switch to the chosen language via javascript. So it will say Client Login in German. On the source page we are currently gathering two things from what the user imputs, this needs to be changed to also include the language.
