Website Template

We are re-designing our website and need some assistance with the template, specifically with the flash header and navigational menu bar. Template is 80% complete, but we're struggling with coding the header design. See attached file. Requirements are: 1) Menu bar should be transparent and overlay Flash header/slideshow 2) Prefer menu bar be written using jQuery, but open to suggestions 3) Code needs to be compatible with older browsers like IE6 to accommodate our clientele 4) Company logo/brand needs to not be part of flash file in case client cannot run Flash 5) Current template is a Dreamweaver CS5 file and needs to be completed as such PM me with any questions or for further details. We desire quick turnaround and will select bids based on how quickly work can be completed, cost, and experience.
