Javascript work on website

I have a project that my developer has not been able to complete. It needs to be done by a good coder ASAP. There are four tasks that need to be complete at [login to view URL] . 
1. On this page [login to view URL] I have a plugin pulling data from an API. I need that data sorted by date 

2. I have a plugin conflict on the other pages because of a book plugin I'm using. I want to be able to use that plugin on multiple pages simultaneously but currently only one displays. If this can be resolved, I need it to be. I need to know if it can't.

 3. The menu needs to display as a regular drop down menu instead of what is there.

 4. All links on the menu page should work.
 I can pay around $100 for this.
