Full Time Job: Managed IT Help Desk About us: We are a small growing managed IT helpdesk company based in Sydney, we are currently growing and we are looking to outsource our work to a reliable small team. Description: - We are looking for a skilled small team of professionals to provide complete IT management for our Managed IT business. - The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing IT systems and providing technical support. - This role will requires remote support, with all the software tools provided - The candidate should be able to handle the IT needs of a team consisting of 100-200 users. - The main responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, managing software, cloud migration, system implementation, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. - The candidate(s) should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to provide advanced technical support when needed. - It is crucial for the candidate(s) to have a proactive approach and be able to anticipate and address potential IT issues before they become problems. - The ideal candidate(s) should be able to work independently, be highly organized, and have excellent communication skills to interact with team members and provide timely updates. - Prior experience in managing IT helpdesk services and a strong understanding of IT best practices are a must for this role. - Candidate(s) will need to provide a proven record with contact name and number for a reference to have previously outsource IT for - An EXCELLENT communication and language skills are a must. - Previous experience in using RMM and ticketing tools is a must - Previous experience with Office 365, sharepoint, azure is a must - Ensure assigned tickets meet SLAs - Previous solution architecture and design is highly desired Other must have: 1. Close time zone to Sydney 2. Verbal and communication skills
