Low budget so consider this first Please read the requirement before bidding i want to get one android/ios app to support the promotion/offers/sales of the nearby shops google map should be linked with user/sale location The App should have two user managements categories 1) Normal user Display ADs/Sales/Deals from nearby shop Search and sort the advertisements based on the categories notification should be send once new deal/sale come nearby to customer user should have rights to cancel notification 2) Advance users Add the advertisements for normal users 3) One admin dashboard ONE webpage (with admin username/password protected) to monitor and confirmed the advertisement loaded by advanced users. I dont want to waste time, so i want the final application/code and complete solution at the end , bug free blank database and domain already there...
