JAR packaging design - Lookin for long term relations

Hello, I am a Marketing Director at a food company we are launching a new brand now and I am looking for a designer that could work either long term or project base. **Project details:** *****100 jar packaging designs for food (jam, salad, pesto, hot chilli, eggplant salad..) *****The designs need to be very colorful and attractive, very commercial. *****The new brand has a price and quality tag like 5-6 / 10 market rating, so it's a commercial brand not a high class brand. It need to be design so it will attract both low and middle class people. *****The material should be 17x5cm, with round or pointy corners, you could come up with more proposals, nothing to pointy so the factory can stick it on the jar. The design will contain the logo on middle top, picture in the middle and name of the product in the middle. On the left and right side fill with loprem ipsum (for ingredients, weight and other details) *****I need it in vector file (.ai .cdr .PSD300dpi) **Designers**: *****The bid sould be posted like this: - Name - Experience in design - Portfolio link - Price for 1/100 package designs (note, all will be from the same brand so the same concept will be used, only the colors, pictures and ingredients will be changed) - Your hourly charge rate (for future projects) - Estimated time per group of 20/100 designs after the concept is aproved. *****The winning bider will receive this project for all 100 packages. *****To choose the winning bid I will need to see 2-3 proposals. *****Looking for long term relation, Bidders with no proposals will not be taken in consideration. *****Bid with your proposal and you will get your chance. *****Check the attachment for pictures and some works that I found and like. The proposals should be for at least to products Eggplant salad and Forest Fruit Jam, use the pictures I provided.
