49315 Booking Website and ShoppingC

I am looking to have someone design a website that works as booking for Hawaiian Activities. It would have to have the following: Different Activity Directories, Booking that is customizable for me, a review system/comments for those who review the activities (directly underneath each activity), and a search box on the main page. It would also need shopping cart functionality and a login system for comments and various other things we will develop in the future. I would like this all done in PHP and HTML if possible. This site should be somewhat a clone of [login to view URL] but without frames. I am familiar with some programming so it should not be hard for me to understand details. If you are unable to do the graphics end I can subcontract that out.
