515675 Web Based SSH Account Setup Panel 2

I need an experienced programmer to code a PHP web based application to enable me create SSH accounts on my multiple SSH servers. Presently the SSH servers are already setup and users accounts can be created by entering some simple SSH commands as root. However, I want to be able to create the user account (Username/Password)via the web panel and then the SSH account will be automatically created in ALL the SSH servers ( multiple and unlimited) I will provide a sample SSH server which is already configured to create SSH accounts.
