Email mail merge program

OVERVIEW I want this solution in production on Monday 16th December 9am Australia time. I have 5 customer service agents. Each day I want to send 30 emails per agent. Each email would come from the relevant agent. Each email would be personalised to each of the 30 customers and have variable body content. 150 emails per day. I wish to merge some copy (which can be in any format you wish) with variable customer data (which again can be stored in any format). The merged data would be sent by email from a (variable) email field. I don't mind if the solution is an email marketing solution however it must not use things like unsubscribe links at the bottom of each email. The emails need to appear to come from Outlook. This is going to be a long series of non-marketing client notifications which need to be handled in a controlled manner. I can add my 5 agents and their email reply addresses. I could do this through a wizard, or by maintaining a text file. I can add extra agents later. 2. I can add my copy document and edit it at any point 3. My data is static. It can all be uploaded into the backend now. It would be good to be able to access it later. 4. I can choose an agent. I can choose the next 30 [Account ref]s. I can send the email. 5. I choose the next agent and repeat.
