Auto Tagging System for Django-based Website

We currently have a website where we publish news articles. We need an Auto Tagging solution that will run through the list of articles on a regular basis and return a list of keywords or tags from the article itself by comparing them to a list of pre defined tags (through a tag dictionary). Obviously, the tags/keywords will need to be approved first before being integrated in the article; the number of tags should also be amendable The ATS should be able to process articles in real time (as they are written) and articles that already exist in the database.
