252941 Bakery site redesign in flash

I have a bakery website that needs to be redesigned. It has to be in flash. I like the colors that are currently on the site. I like to see a cool elegant feel that will blow me away. I would also like to add an administration panel preferably in php just for my pictures. Ability to add pics, remove pics, organize pics, move them from page to page, rows, columns, bulk upload, etc. (this feature is my main concern).
