237099 Custom Flash Player

Need a custom flash player for use on a CDN. The Flash Player will need Action Script 3, PHP and MySql components. All users using the player will be logged into our site. 1. Users can not fast forward past what they have viewed. Will need to keep track of how far the user has watched. So there is no fast forwarding at firest. 2. If a user stops, logs off, or comes back, they can fast forward to the point they left off at. 3. Once they have watched the whole video, they can fast forward. 4. At random points in the video, the player needs to pause and we need to insert a random code (123, or 456). The db will need to remember what this code is, and be able to reinsert the code at the exact time in the video if they go back. Lets say that the code displays at 1 hr. 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Every time the play head gets here, it will display the code. 5. The flash player needs to be quality, with no memory leaks.
