234339 Customised Online Photo Editor

Hi there I require an browser based online photo editor with some special features. Project is the development of a customized online photo editor (preferably with face recognition) The tool has to be created in such a way that it cannot be copied onto other websites. See below for the specs. Apart from the regular tools I need a tab that uploads my design to be place over the photo once the editing has been done. So when the person resizes and crops the photo they then click a button to add the design over the photo (see attachment) Deliverables: Project will be payed after delivery of a full functional website and flash tool. I also want to see some examples of current and/or relevant work done by each bidder. Functions Online Flash Editor: • Open image (gif, jpg, bmp, png) – open from file (browse harddrive) and open from url • Save Image (gif, jpg, bmp, png)– save to file (harddrive) and save online (via php script on server, has to be developed as well) • Crop Image – Click and drag on the Image • Resize – resize image, preferably with slide bar • Rotate – left and right in steps of 90 degrees • greyscale• Brightness/Contrast – with slide bars • Hue/Saturation – with slide bars • Undo – 1 step back or back to original • Red eye removal (select area and apply) • Add text to image • I also need my design to be added a layer over the photo (see attachment + comment on whether this can be included) A step by step guide on how to submit a photo need to be illustrated with screenshots or video would be preferable. Complete and fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). I must be able to edit the parameters of the face detection § unique no. attached to each photo when submitted § a tick box option in the content management system to allow me to tick a box beside approved photos § an automatic email to be sent to user when photo has been approved or disapproved Terms and conditions: Due to previous unfortunate experiences I have to implement the following conditions. If the provider has not completed the project in the agreed timeframe without prior approval from the buyer then the provider then $15 per day will be deducted from the original amount agreed that they are overdue or cancellation of without remaining payments. The buyer has the right to cancel the project if emails/correspondence are not replied to in over 60 hours. The provider will be required to give regular updates at least every 3 days. The provider agrees to cancellation of the project on breach the above conditions or failure to complete to project description. The Operating system is Linux with a mysql database hosted by hostgator. Please provide your website and Portfolio with links to any similar work completed and other ideas you might have to make this work. The provider agree to transfer the exclusive copyright to the buyer on payment.
