I need to create a Pandora-like web app that operates just like Pandora or Jango - continuous music, select the genre you like, be able to like or dislike songs, be able to download mp3 for $1. On the backend - musicians would be able to upload their songs (and album art) .and receive a portion of the revenues from the downloaded mp3s. The more likes a band receives the more they are played site-wide as well. Backend would also need admin to be able to move songs to proper categories and genres if uploaded to wrong place.... will give more descriptive but not more complex site requirement after bidding , or pm me for more info.
