1 page of HTML5 video demonstration on all device

hi all, I am building a web prototype to show my client. This project involves HTML5 and needs to run all major browser and mobile devices. The application basically needs to demonstrate the following. A video player in the middle where user will click play. Mid way the video there will be an semi transparent overlay over the video asking user a question, something like a form. The video will pause and User will answer the question before the video continues to play. 1. There will be 5 questions which I will tell u when during the video should these questions appear. 2. At the end of the video, it will go to a page showing the results This is just for proof of concept to show our clients it works for all mobile devices and browser. You will also apply some simple web background to it so it looks decent and not just on a white background.
