A. how many type of user will be there, i guess 2 ( owner of site, and customer/client) about your requirement 1) Excel workbook importable to the system, so the user no need to key in the materials (95% items are repeated). Each user/client will have own account? and update info for him or information are shared same for all and it is updated by users.?? 2) Material management module (to add/edit/delete material info) ( all uses can do this?) 3) Project setup module with material assignments and update project progress ( project setup will contain what data??) 4) Purchase module for the materials which are not supplied by client ( i think this is edit of current information that are passed) 5) User management with different levels of permissions ( how many typpe, which permission all will have) 6) Database [backup/restore] Sure 7) Reports.. How many and which kind of? a) Material List.. sure b) Projects List.. sure c) Project Report (status of selected projects).. sure d) Material Usage and surplus items.. sure e) Graph based reports and exportable to PDF/Excel/Word... sure f) Audit trail for user activity. can you explain more??
