225111 SImple Upload PHP Script

I need a simple PHP/MySQL upload/download script with a simple backend/admin area. I have drawn up an example template of what I want. You can see this at: [login to view URL] The script should show 50 items per page and should automatically put items in alphabetical order by TITLE. I already have a design and CSS so please keep it basic just like my template so I can just plug it in to my current website. I have also made a template of what I want for the backend...a simple way to upload 5 or 10 ebooks/products at a time and they will show up in my "Download Center".
