25910 Need 2 setup router firewall

I have at home a small 3Com OfficeConnec ADSL Wireless 11g Firewall Router and while it works, I need to make it work better. Now the firewall is not really doing much and also don't know how to do port forwarding. I use BitComet and because ports are not forwarded the download rate is ridiculous. So if you know how to set up a router/firewall through a web interface and have about one hour to spare please bid.
