10 Page programming

I am looking to get some pages programmed on my website in php. some 3 pages contains some statitical calculations and one includes a chart. The graph will be based on some filters. I also need the developper to use the relevant language to create a look up section that will unable the user to type the a name and the lookup will shows all match data that starts with his selection as he types. All? useful data is available in the site database so it is only a matter of actually puling the data in the required manner.
