Current CMS Solution = Time for UPGRADE PHP Coders COME ON! :)

We have a CMS Solution already coded and live, which works fine however it's time to expand... Only people should bid on this, is if you can modify the existing code that we have in place (Or if you have a way more powerful solution ready to go) and add more options and build an installer for this, where we are going to be selling this as a CMS Solution. Core Technologies Used: PHP and MySQL. If you are good in Ajax then do apply this too your bid as we are looking to be going FULL AJAX if possible, we will supply you with a demo of our already existing CMS System login and etc... Needing the following OPTIONS added into our existing to grow: A - Ability to e-mail clients from within the system with the following using phpmailer with support for: 1. PHPMail 2. SendMail 3. POP3 Will like to have the following fields: 1. From Address: 2. To Address: 3. CC Address: 4. BCC Address: 5. Subject 6. Body (which needs to have tidy or fick rich text editor) B - Ability to have the URLS be named after the main name of the page - meaning clean URLS unless you can do .htaccess all the better. C - Ability to place different meta tags on each page created. After reviewing our current CMS Platform please make suggestions, ideas and implementations on what you would do and a Non bid on how much it would cost for all you do. Break each section out as well in costing so we can choose what to go with if we like the ideas. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
