We currently have a business directory located here: [login to view URL];task=view&id=395&Itemid=110 CURRENTLY, users can sign up for a FREE listing. When signing up for this free listing, they can enter as many characters of text as they choose, enter their website, contact information and they can upload their logo. STEP 1) They Enter URL, click next STEP 2) They Choose Categories (up to 5) click next STEP 3) Then enter contact details, company description, meta description, upload logo, choose "submit" STEP 4) Entry is submitted at this point, but they are then given an option to purchase a PREMIUM LISTING. If this options is chosen and paid for, you can see an example of what happens here: [login to view URL];catid=28&Itemid= WHAT WE NEED: We need for you to program sobi so that when a user creating their FREE listing, they can only enter in a set amount of characters OR upload their logo IF they pay for a Premium listing. So, as they are putting text into the description box, there needs to be some sort of option that tells them how many characters they have left....but close to it, some text or a link that says "get unlimited characters with a premium listing!".... you get the idea. IF YOU KNOW SOBI - then you know that in the admin panel, you can set the number of characters allowed for the description and you can also select yes/no to allow a logo to be uploaded. These just don't seem to be working on ours. Feel free to act like you are adding a new company to see exactly what happens. Thanks for your bids and help.
