382823 hotornot plugin socialengine

I need someone experienced with php and social engine to make a hotornot plugin, where my users can rate each other from 1 to 10 and also have a filtering option for age and gender. I also want the average result to be shown on users profile and also have top 5 rated guy and girl to be shown on the homepage. I want the features to be the same as miphoto rating script.
