314681 simple mod for rating site

I have installed miphoto on my website and its pretty much a rating website, I want to add a feature where members can send and receive gifts like flowers or anything. There is also a website called [login to view URL] and they are using the same script as me and they have done that mod to it. I even have screenshots [login to view URL] Its really an easy mod and it wont take long to do it for a good programmer.
