422175 Create Interactive PDF

Hi, this is a simple project for a skilled Graphic/Programme Designer who knows what they are doing - Create a Interactive Pdf that can be burnt to Cd Rom - the attachment gives you an example of what sort of thing I would like created,(I will provide Content/Images they will need re-sizing...etc) I would like it to be themed/branded so a logo is required...will give more details later. As far as I'm aware the example was created using Quarkxpress and Adobe Distiller...I think, its not important in what application this product is created in, the important thing is its done to the highest quality.
