112180 Phpprobid Design + Script Mod

i need a logo creation for the theme of the site, i need complete design of home page, and all pages with according design colors codes choosed fonts panels etc.., i want someone with a good experience in phpprobid modifications script and design integration! if you are a programmer, then please search someone who will make the design, and if you're a designer then find a programmer who will do his part... only the bidder will be responsible for all the work done, so make the math for both of you guys if you plan to ask a friend or anyone if needed and bid accordingly. this bid is for a logo / the complete design / the script mods...i'm searching a problem free solution here, if possible:) please get the attachement for the list of things i want to be done in design / script mod. the persons that will do the script part will surely be contacted later for other updates. contact by msn messenger would be great , for quick question / answer. the site is online and running, fully set up as i want it to, you will have full infos and access to whatever you need.
