457276 Script merge

I need to merge two scripts that I have purchased. The source code is provided. The two scripts are: 1.) [login to view URL] 2.) [login to view URL] I need to be able to use the rating and voting of script 1. within the video functionality of script 2. The goal of the merge is to post videos and pics and have users rate them in a contest format. The ability to have multiple contests with sponsors will be required. The basic features of each script will need to remain in tact in the final product. Each registered user of the website will have the ability to have a private area that requires paid access. Script two does have a built in subscription option that will need modification to allow the proceeds to be split between the site owner and the user. The two scripts do have some redundant features that will require merging. This will be an ongoing project and continual modifications will be necessary.
