507918 Website design with logo and mascot like Hipmunk 2

I'm starting a new website and need some HTML/CSS designs (5 html pages), a logo, and a mascot. By "mascot", I'm referring to something similar in style to the hipmunk character ([login to view URL]), cartooney and cutesy. I'll give more specifics about what I have in mind to the winner, but if you could do the CSS/HTML design, logo, and mascot for hipmunk from scratch, you'll be able to do this job. I'll be depending on you for visual look and feel as I'm terrible at that, which includes choosing an appropriate font, colors, corner styles, and so on. I will be doing all the programming in the background, so you would just be doing static HTML/CSS/images, and I'd plug it into my code.
