Send email to a designated email address automatically Assign a Project number to the request allow the user to see ALL project request. allow the user edit a previous project request Save the data into a mysql database or save it as an xml file Add a icon for a logo Must work in any browser I have a linux/PHP environment Developer must be able demo the flash prior to user acceptance Form field Requirements are: Auto-created Project Request Number Project Overview Brand Name Strategic Goals & Objectives Impact of Non-Completion Stakeholders Project Timelines Anticipated Resources Results Measurement Project Approval The winning bid must deliver ALL the Flash components so i have the ability to edit the flash program myself.
