clone of this page builder [html,js,php,jquery]

I want a clone of this page builder - [login to view URL] I want to login and save pages user wise, a couple of functions are not adaptable on mobile, so we need small changes accordingly. Our UI should look bit different so it should not look like a copy. I can add my own elements in the above editor easily, i will also add few in the editor you'll make before we close it. My prime requirement is to make sure it works perfectly on mobile and loads very quickly. I need your attention around this majorly. In your bid please prefix "CL" so i can see if you have read my reuirement till the end or not.
