Online Travel Booking Portal - B2B and B2C

We would like to launch an OTA with hotels,Car, Transfer module with 3rd party xml suppliers/GDS connectivity/ Own Contracted inventory. We are urgently looking for Travel portal which must be developed in MVC(PHP) framework/ Responsive Design (html5, Bootstrap, CSS3, Ajax, JSON) . We are looking for a highly skilled freelancer who has more than three years of experience in travel technology and who should have a clear understanding of the whole project, and has worked with major GDS and travel API'S integration Key Features of Portal : - B2C, B2B - AGENT INTERFACE : Agent Registration, Login, Add Sub agents, Assign roles etc.. - HOTEL BOOKING : -> Search Hotels (XML Webservice, SOAP / Contracted) / Asynchronous Search on Suppliers for a Faster Search(The system has an advanced logic which sends multiple requests to suppliers instead of waiting for each supplier response to send the next request. This has reduced search response time for users and resulted in a better user experience) Merging multiple supplier results in a single list ( Hotels Mapping) /A detailed window showing complete hotel information/ Display hotels on google map with direction and booking process. -TRANSFER BOOKING Search Transfers (3rd party xml apis / Contracted) Asynchronous Search on Suppliers for a Faster Search and booking process -TOUR BOOKING Search Tours (3rd party xml apis / Contracted) Asynchronous Search on Suppliers for a Faster Search and booking process - Online payment gateways with multi-currency payment management Administration Module :- - Manage Agents : Pay online or assign credits. - Manage Bookings Accounts -Receipts,Payment, Credit note, debit note - Reporting Manage Master Country, Manage Master City, Manage Hotels. Mappings -Country, City, Hotels, (Auto and Manual). Synchronization Module to update Static Data between Suppliers and System DB. Add Contracted hotels/ Transfer/ tours. Auto sending emails, Auto cancel of bookings if not vocuhered, failed booking notification. (should also send warning for cancellation and payment due date, will automatically send cancellation for unpaid bookings reaching cancellation due date.) Multilingual if possible. The project needs to offer a connection to unlimited number of suppliers with rates comparison engine. I´ll give you more detail document and other requirements after bidding. We are looking for someone who should have a clear understanding of the whole project. Please do not bid if you are not well experienced with travel technology and worked with GDS API Suppliers( roomsxml, Hotelbeds, tourico, Hotelspro, GTA, Mikki etc). Those who do not have the relevant experience on these please do not bid. Previous work on Travel booking portals is a must. Kindly provide your previous portfolio or project proposal (only Travel Portal) - Others will be rejected.
