House Conceptual Design Project

I am looking for a skilled designer to create a modern conceptual design for my house. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern design elements and be able to incorporate them into the layout. The design should take into account the following requirements: - The house will consist of 4 floors (basement, ground, 1st, and 2nd) - The layout should be flexible to accommodate changing needs over time - The square footage of the house will be more than 4000 sq ft The house should be constructed in half split of the attached lot attachment 1. The split shall be either horizon or vertical refer to attachments 2 and 3. One half should accommodate the house and the other half should accommodate the following: - gym -living room. -Bathroom -Office -Parking lot garage that fits as many cars as it can. Car entrance is only allowed to be from the side of the building see attachment 4. The house on the other half of the lot shall include the following: 1. English Court basement that has a living room, cinema and storage. This basement shall be accessable from outside and inside the house. 2. Ground floor shall carry all services such as: Kitchen Foyer Laundry room Maid room And family living room 3. Elevator that access all floors 4. 1st floor shall have only 4 bedrooms and each bedroom shall have a walkin closet bathroom and deskspace. 5. 2nd floor <the roof> (alllowed to build on half of the roof) shall have the grandmaster bedroom which include bathroom walking closet living room and a bedroom. 6. The conceptual design shall be submitted with a floor plan with dimensions and colored design with suggested house fronts. It is required to prepare a presentation for client. I well need a render of each room day and night, as well as exterior elevations day and night, and a 3d perspective day and night view. I am open to discussing specific requirements for the layout, but I am looking for a designer who can bring a fresh and modern perspective to the project.
