11862 Auction w/Egold and Escrow opt

I need to set up 4 different auction sites for my list of clients, but will start with one first, to try out responsible programmer/designer. Auction site requires: 1. Good/Latest script with fully functional functions similar to Ebay/SL and with Escrow option. 2. Escrow option(priority) that stand alone for my site(not linked to Escrow.com or any other processor). 3. Script/Design MUST have more and attractive spots for picture of item on bid. More pictures and less reading that's it. 4. Full site design and 2 complimentary banners for advertising. 5. Start up guidance on running of the auction site. 6. Responsible and responsive technical support through YM(I am looking for long term partnership as I have consistent offline request for website design and development). So basically it's not hard for you guys, all I need is responsible and supportive designer/programmer to provide great auction script and complete site set up and design for the first auction site. If everything is cool, many more shall follow. Before anything else, please provide demo script with login and all. Budget?
