552616 wordpress plugin and blog site designed

I need a wordpress plugin designed for me. When i write a new post on my blog and publish i want the plugin to automatically post it (or part of it) to my facebook page, twitter, linkedin, certain forums (to be discussed) certain blogs (to be discussed) also to article directories and some other web 2.0s ect Please explain to me how you will accomplish this with a detailed explanation or plan. (this must be provided) i will also require a new blog designed similar to w w w dot nikkipilkington dot com this must be a proffessional plugin that works when account info and pass are programmed in for each account, forum blog ect. please show me other plugins and sites you have designed or programmed before.
