by using MATLAB or C or C++ implement an image enhancement tool box which contains a variety of enhancement tools. - In order to test your system, the tool box should also be able to perform some distortion operations (e.g. additive white noise, speckle noise, blur etc.). - You may use any existing utility in the software environment that you have chosen, however you have to implement the enhancement tools entirely by yourself. - the tool box should allow a set of input parameters that can adjust the magnitude of each enhancement operation.
