Phone sales

This will be to create 5 leads from companies in my city and those leads would have to be appointments made with the decision maker. I would like this person to speak clearly, kindly and speak english. I represent a large well known insurance company with the highest of standards and ethical conduct. Tell me if you have done this before, what your skills are, why you are really good at what you do and when you can start. This project would pay per appointment, and if the appointment proves to be successful, ie. a meeting results with employees, there will be a bonus. Example, 10 dollar for each appointment made with the decision maker, and if a meeting with the employees result after the first meeting with the decision maker, 50 dollars for each second appointment made by me or my supervisor. 50-250. If this proves to work out well, a larger work load will be considered. Thanks and God bless,
