word press website, only a few pages of design, no content e

I have one online site, and I need to put all of the same info onto another wordpress site but I really want it to look great. No special hard requirements just need to transfer one site info to another. I would like it to look classy and impressive but I have bought a premium template and the layout is nice already. I have a logo and info that will need to be uploaded but generally this site only has about 3-5 pages and pictures. I have lost money with another freelancer twice and so I am real leery about hiring another. There may be other projects within the week. I only have 35 dollars I can spend on this particular site.
