I live in Japan, and working for chemical company as a logistics. I usually shipped some samples by DHL, or FEDEX. Import is not my job, but I always ready all documents for export. But, how large your quantity you want to import and export? I think you want to treat some products by DHL, EMS or so. I can research on some Japan web site. Amazon, Yahoo, etc. (using my account is OK) Negative point: I can read and write, but speak is not well...
